A town usually sits in more than one district. This is every district that covers any part of Deer Park on the November 3 ballot. Your exact ballot comes from the county lookup at the top of this page.
- All of Deer Park is in U.S. House District 9 (the 2025 congressional map). Under the 2021 map it was District 36.
- All of Deer Park is in State Board of Education District 8, Harris County Commissioners Court Precinct 2, and Justice of the Peace / Constable Precinct 8.
- For the Legislature, the city is split along State Highway 225. South of SH 225, where every resident counted in the 2020 Census lives, is Texas House District 128 and Texas Senate District 11.
- The industrial strip north of SH 225, toward the Houston Ship Channel (about 6.5% of the city's area, no residents in the 2020 Census), is Texas House District 144 and Texas Senate District 6.
- All of Harris County is in the 1st and 14th Courts of Appeals. The 15th Court of Appeals covers the whole state.
- Texas House 128 · Senate 11 (where residents live)
- Texas House 144 · Senate 6 (industrial strip, no 2020 residents)

Coverage is computed by overlaying each plan on the city limits, not typed by hand.
