Loading the races…
A town usually sits in more than one district. This is every district that covers any part of Richmond on the November 3 ballot, read from Fort Bend County's sample ballot for each of the city's voting precincts.
- Richmond is split between U.S. House District 22 (about 97% of residents) and District 7 (about 3%).
- All of Richmond is in Texas Senate District 18, State Board of Education District 7, and, for every resident, Texas House District 26. A precinct at the city's edge in District 28 has no residents in the 2020 census.
- Fort Bend County Commissioners Court Precinct 4 (on the ballot this year) covers about 37% of residents; the rest of the city is in a precinct not up this year.
- Justice of the Peace: Precinct 3 (about 62% of residents) and Precinct 1 (about 1%) have races on this ballot.
- Richmond is in Lamar Consolidated ISD, which has no item on this ballot.
- Fort Bend County is in the 1st and 14th Courts of Appeals. The 15th Court of Appeals covers the whole state.
